Our burnt Osage orange SMALL BORE mallard duck calls are built to be a very raspy duck call. A double reed Louisiana style mallard duck call, with a micarta toneboard, and glued snap ring. They have a semi gloss finish to protect them. Very easy to master these calls. Very easy to blow. Just like ALL of our calls. They CANNOT be over blown. more air = more volume. I came up with this style call because some guys wanted a call with more rasp. This call comes with a custom made lanyard that allows the moisture to drain out of the call as it hangs from your neck
